🍪💪 Protein Cream Cheese Pecan Cookies

Soft, slightly chewy cookies packed with protein, a creamy tang from cream cheese, and crunchy pecans. Great as a healthier dessert or post-workout snack!


🧾 Ingredients:

  • 100g cream cheese (softened) 🧀
  • ¼ cup butter (softened)
  • ⅓ cup sweetener (sugar, honey, or a low-calorie option)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored) 💪
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour (or oat flour)
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup chopped pecans 🌰

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Prep

  • Preheat oven to 180°C
  • Line a baking tray

2. Cream base

  • Beat cream cheese, butter, and sweetener until smooth

3. Add wet ingredients

  • Mix in egg and vanilla
