🧾 Ingredients:

  • 3 very ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup brown sugar (adds moisture)
  • ½ cup oil or melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup yogurt or milk (for extra softness)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • Optional: ½ cup chocolate chips or nuts
