  1. Bring salted water to a boil.
  2. Add lobster tails and cook 5–7 minutes until shells turn bright red and meat is opaque.
  3. Remove meat from shell and chop into bite-size pieces.

Boil pasta in salted water until al dente.
Reserve Β½ cup pasta water before draining.
