🔥 Classic Grilled Pork Chops

🛒 Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 4 bone-in pork chops (1–1.5 inches thick)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary or thyme (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for brightness)

🥣 Marinade (Optional but Recommended – 30 min to 4 hrs)

Mix olive oil, garlic, herbs, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Coat pork chops and refrigerate. Remove 20–30 minutes before grilling so they come to room temperature.


🔥 Grilling Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high (about 400–450°F / 200–230°C).
  2. Clean and oil the grates.
  3. Grill pork chops 4–5 minutes per side (for 1-inch thick).
  4. Cook until internal temperature reaches:
    • 145°F (63°C) for juicy, slightly pink center (USDA recommended).
  5. Rest for 5 minutes before serving (this keeps them juicy).

  • 145°F – Juicy & tender
  • 150–155°F – Slightly firmer
  • 160°F+ – Fully white, more well done
