🧾 Ingredients

  • Cream cheese – 2 blocks (about 450 g), softened
  • dried beef (chipped beef) – 1 cup, finely chopped
  • Cheddar cheese – 1 cup, shredded
  • onion or green onions – 2–3 tbsp, finely chopped
  • Garlic powder – ½ tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce – 1 tsp (optional)
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp

1. Mix

  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped beef, cheddar, onions, and seasonings
  • Mix until smooth and evenly combined

2. Shape

  • Form mixture into a ball (or log for easier slicing)
  • Wrap tightly in plastic wrap

3. Chill
