Ohhh yes—turkey stuffing balls are bite-size comfort food at its finest 😮‍💨🦃 Perfect for holidays or anytime you want that cozy vibe.

🦃 Turkey Stuffing Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey (93/7 works great)
  • 2 cups prepared stuffing mix (or leftover stuffing)
  • ½ cup onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • ¼–½ cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley or dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F / 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Mix
In a large bowl, combine turkey, stuffing, onion, celery, egg, butter, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Add broth gradually—mixture should be moist but hold its shape.
  3. Shape
Roll into 1½–2 inch balls. Place on baking sheet.
  4. Bake
Bake 20–25 minutes, turning once, until golden and cooked through (165°F internal).
  5. Optional finish
Brush with melted butter or drizzle gravy before serving.

🔥 Pro Tips

  • Don’t overmix—keeps them tender.
  • Use leftover stuffing for extra flavor.
  • Want crispier edges? Broil 2–3 minutes at the end.

Serving Ideas

  • Appetizer with cranberry sauce
