🍝 What is Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna?

Ravioli lasagna is a super easy “no-layering” version of lasagna where you use ravioli instead of traditional pasta sheets—and let a slow cooker do all the work. It’s rich, cheesy, and perfect for busy days.


🍳 Easy Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (500–700g) frozen or fresh cheese ravioli
  • 300–400g ground beef (or chicken)
  • 1 jar pasta sauce (or homemade)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1–2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the meat
    • In a pan, cook onion + garlic → add ground beef → brown it
    • Stir in pasta sauce and seasoning
  2. Layer in slow cooker
    • Spread a little sauce on the bottom
    • Add a layer of ravioli
    • Add meat sauce
    • Sprinkle cheese
    • Repeat layers until everything is used
  3. Cook
    • Low: 4–5 hours
    • High: 2–3 hours
  4. Finish
    • Add extra cheese on top in the last 20 minutes
    • Let it sit 10 minutes before serving

🔥 Tips for Best Results

  • No need to thaw ravioli if frozen
  • Don’t overcook—it can get too soft
  • Add spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor
