- 200 g shrimp (peeled and chopped)

- Salt & black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Sauté the vegetables
- Melt butter in a pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, carrot, celery, and garlic.
- Cook for 4–5 minutes until soft.
2. Build the base
- Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.
- Add flour and cook another minute to form a thick base.
3. Add liquid
- Slowly whisk in seafood stock and wine.
- Simmer for 10–15 minutes to develop flavor.
4. Blend
- Blend the soup until smooth to create the classic velvety bisque texture.
5. Add seafood & cream
- Stir in shrimp and crab/lobster.
- Add cream, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer 5 minutes until seafood is cooked.
Serving 🍽️
Serve hot with:
- crusty bread or garlic toast
- a drizzle of cream
- chopped parsley or chives
