Here’s a quick and low-carb 3-ingredient salmon patties recipe—simple, crispy, and satisfying:


🐟 Ingredients

  • 1 can (14–15 oz) salmon, drained
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup almond flour (or crushed pork rinds for extra crispiness)

🍳 Instructions

  1. Prep salmon
    Drain well and flake with a fork. Remove large bones/skin if you prefer.
  2. Mix
    Combine salmon, egg, and almond flour (or pork rinds) in a bowl until it holds together.
  3. Form patties
    Shape into 4–6 small patties.
  4. Cook
    Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.

✅ Tips

  • If mixture feels too wet, add a bit more almond flour
  • Add lemon juice or herbs if you want extra flavor (still low-carb)
  • Great with a simple yogurt or mayo-based dip
