Honey Mustard Pork Chops are juicy pork chops coated in a sweet-tangy glaze made from honey and mustard. The balance of sweetness, acidity, and savory pork makes this a quick and flavorful dinner.


Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

  • 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

Honey Mustard Sauce

  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp mustard (Dijon or yellow)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. Season the pork

  • Pat pork chops dry.
  • Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

2. Sear the chops

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook pork chops 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown.

3. Add garlic

  • Lower heat slightly and add minced garlic.
  • Cook 30 seconds until fragrant.

4. Make the glaze

  • Mix honey, mustard, soy sauce, lemon juice, paprika, and chili flakes.
  • Pour into the pan with the pork chops.

5. Glaze the pork

  • Simmer 2–3 minutes, spooning sauce over the chops until thick and glossy.

Serving 🍽️

Serve with:

  • roasted potatoes
  • steamed vegetables
  • rice or mashed potatoes

Garnish with chopped parsley or a lemon wedge.
