Here’s a fresh, classic fruit salad that’s bright, juicy, and perfect for any occasion 🍓🍍


Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 banana, sliced (add just before serving)

Optional dressing (light & fresh):

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon or orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp grated citrus zest

Instructions

  1. Prep the fruit
    • Wash, peel, and cut all fruit into bite-size pieces.
  2. Make the dressing (optional)
    • Whisk honey, citrus juice, and zest.
  3. Combine
    • Place fruit in a large bowl.
    • Drizzle with dressing and gently toss.
  4. Chill & serve
    • Refrigerate 20–30 minutes if desired.
    • Add bananas just before serving to prevent browning.
