Creamy Shrimp Pasta is a rich and comforting dish where tender shrimp are tossed with pasta in a smooth garlic cream sauce. It’s quick to cook and tastes like a restaurant meal.

  • 250 g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup chicken or seafood broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  • Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions.
  • Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.

2. Cook the shrimp

  • Heat olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
  • Remove shrimp and set aside.

3. Make the creamy sauce
