🧾 Ingredients (Dough)

  • Milk – 1 cup (warm)

  • Egg – 1
  • Salt – Β½ tsp

🍯 Filling

  • Brown sugar – Β½ cup
  • Cinnamon powder – 1–2 tbsp
  • Butter – 2–3 tbsp (softened)

🍦 Optional Glaze

  • Powdered sugar – Β½ cup
  • Milk – 1–2 tbsp
  • Vanilla – a few drops

1. Make dough

  • Mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar
  • Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy
  • Add flour, egg, salt, butter
  • Knead into soft dough
  • Cover and let rise 1 hour

2. Prepare filling

  • Mix brown sugar + cinnamon + soft butter

3. Roll & fill

  • Roll dough into a rectangle
  • Spread filling evenly
  • Roll tightly into a log

4. Cut rolls

  • Slice into 6–10 pieces
  • Place in greased baking tray

5. Second rise

  • Let rest 20–30 minutes

6. Bake

  • Bake at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for 20–25 minutes
  • Until golden and fluffy

7. Glaze

  • Mix powdered sugar + milk + vanilla
  • Drizzle over warm rolls
