Here’s a simple, soft gluten-free chocolate chip muffin recipe—easy, moist, and great for breakfast or snacks.


🧁🍫 Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Muffins

🧾 Ingredients

  • Gluten-free flour blend – 1½ cups
  • Sugar – ½ cup
  • Baking powder – 2 tsp
  • Salt – ¼ tsp
  • Milk (or almond milk) – ¾ cup
  • Oil or melted butter – ⅓ cup
  • egg – 1 large
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  • Chocolate chips – ½ to ¾ cup

👨‍🍳 Steps

1. Prep oven

  • Preheat to 180°C (350°F)
  • Line muffin tray with paper cups

2. Mix dry ingredients

  • Combine gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, salt

3. Mix wet ingredients

  • In another bowl mix: egg, milk, oil, vanilla

4. Combine

  • Add wet mixture into dry ingredients
  • Stir gently (don’t overmix)
  • Fold in chocolate chips

5. Bake

  • Fill muffin cups ¾ full
  • Bake 18–22 minutes
  • Top should be golden and a toothpick should come out clean

🍽️ Tips

  • Don’t overmix or muffins will become dense
  • Add extra chocolate chips on top before baking for bakery style look
  • Let them cool 10 minutes before eating

  • Add banana for extra moisture
  • Add chopped nuts for crunch
