Here’s a soft, fluffy, and sweet Cinnamon Rolls recipe—perfect for breakfast or a treat 🥐✨

🍥 Classic Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:

For the dough:

  • 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet (7 g) instant yeast
  • ½ cup milk, warm
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ⅓ cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 large egg

For the filling:

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup butter, softened

For the icing:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Make the dough
    • In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 5 minutes until frothy.
    • Add melted butter, egg, salt, and flour. Knead until smooth and elastic (about 5–7 minutes).
    • Cover and let rise 1–2 hours, until doubled in size.
  2. Prepare the filling
    • Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
    • Roll out dough into a rectangle (~12×16 inches). Spread softened butter over the surface, then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar evenly.
  3. Roll and cut
    • Roll dough tightly into a log from the long edge.
    • Cut into 12 equal pieces and place in a greased baking dish.
  4. Second rise
    • Cover and let rolls rise 30–45 minutes until puffy.
  5. Bake
    • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake rolls for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Glaze
    • Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make icing. Drizzle over warm rolls.

✨ Tips:

  • For extra gooey rolls, brush melted butter on top before baking.
  • Add chopped nuts or raisins for variation.
  • For a quicker version, use store-bought crescent roll dough—just spread cinnamon sugar and bake.

I can also give you a no-yeast quick cinnamon roll recipe that’s ready in 30 minutes and just as soft and delicious 😄
