Chocolate eclair cake

Here’s a classic Chocolate Éclair Cake—no baking required and always a hit:


🍫 Ingredients

  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1 can chocolate frosting

🍰 Instructions

  1. Make the filling
    Whisk pudding mix and cold milk until thick. Fold in whipped topping until smooth.
  2. Layer
    In a 9×13 dish:

    • Layer graham crackers
    • Spread half the pudding mixture
    • Add another layer of graham crackers
    • Spread remaining pudding
    • Top with a final layer of graham crackers
  3. Add chocolate topping
    Microwave frosting for 15–20 seconds to soften, then spread evenly on top.
  4. Chill
    Refrigerate for at least 6 hours (overnight is best) so crackers soften.

  • Add a layer of sliced bananas for extra flavor 🍌
