🍗 Chicken tenders
Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside—perfect as a snack, meal, or party favorite.
🥣 Ingredients
- 500g chicken tenders (or sliced chicken breast)
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (or panko for extra crunch)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Oil (for frying)
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Prep coating
- In one bowl: flour + half the spices
- In another: beaten eggs
- In third: breadcrumbs + remaining spices
2. Coat chicken
- Dip chicken in flour → egg → breadcrumbs
- Press lightly so coating sticks well
3. Cook
Fry method (crispiest):
- Heat oil and fry 4–5 minutes until golden
Bake method (healthier):
- Bake at 200°C for 20–25 minutes
Air fryer:
- 180°C for 12–15 minutes
