🍗 Melt in Your Mouth Chicken

This is a super easy baked chicken recipe where the topping keeps the chicken juicy, tender, and very flavorful.


🧾 Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: dried parsley or Italian seasoning

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place chicken in a greased baking dish. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix:
    • mayonnaise
    • Parmesan cheese
    • garlic powder
    • onion powder
    • paprika
    • black pepper
  4. Spread this mixture evenly over each chicken piece (coat the top well).
  5. Bake for 25–35 minutes, depending on thickness, until chicken is cooked through and golden on top.
  6. Optional: broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for a slightly crisp top.
