Here’s a soft, sweet bake you’ll love: banana bread cookies—they taste like banana bread but in chewy cookie form.


🍌🍪 Banana Bread Cookies

🧾 Ingredients

  • Ripe bananas – 2 medium, mashed
  • Flour – 1½ cups
  • Sugar (brown or white) – ½ cup
  • Butter – ½ cup (softened)
  • egg – 1 large
  • Baking soda – ½ tsp
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon – ½ tsp (optional)
  • Salt – pinch
  • Chocolate chips or nuts – ½ cup (optional)

👨‍🍳 How to Make It

1. Prep

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
  • Line baking tray with parchment paper

2. Mix wet ingredients

  • Mash bananas
  • Mix with butter, egg, sugar, and vanilla

3. Add dry ingredients

  • Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon
  • Mix gently (don’t overmix)

4. Add extras
