Cheesecake fruit salad

Posted on January 16, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a fun and easy way to make a Cheesecake Fruit Salad—it’s creamy, fruity, and tastes like cheesecake in a bowl!

Ingredients

For the fruit:

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 1 banana, sliced (optional, add just before serving)
  • Any other favorite fruit you like

For the cheesecake dressing:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream or cool whip

Optional toppings:

  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Chopped nuts (like almonds or pecans)
  • Mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing:
    • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
    • Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
    • Gently fold in whipped cream until creamy and fluffy.
  2. Mix the fruit:
    • In a large bowl, combine all your chopped fruit.
    • Pour the cheesecake dressing over the fruit and gently toss until all fruit is coated.
  3. Chill:
    • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  4. Serve:
    • Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs, nuts, or chocolate chips on top for a fun “cheesecake crust” feel.
    • Serve chilled!

💡 Tips:

  • You can swap cream cheese for Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
  • Add a squeeze of lemon juice to the dressing to keep fruits like apples or bananas from browning.
  • This is perfect for potlucks—it looks fancy but is super easy to make!

If you want, I can also give a mini version for single servings in cups, which makes it look like individual mini cheesecakes.

Do you want me to do that?
