🍗 Juicy Chicken Breast (Pan-Seared)

Ingredients (serves 2–3)

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika or chili powder
  • Optional: 1 tsp lemon juice or herbs

Instructions

1. Prep

  • Pound chicken slightly to even thickness
  • Pat dry and season both sides
