🥣 Ingredients
- 200–250g pasta (penne, spaghetti, or fusilli)
- 2 cups broccoli (cut into small florets)

- Salt & black pepper
- ¼ cup pasta water (reserved)
- ¼ cup grated cheese (parmesan or cheddar)

1. Cook pasta & broccoli
- Boil pasta in salted water
- Add broccoli in the last 2–3 minutes
- Reserve some pasta water, then drain
2. Make the base
- Heat olive oil in a pan
- Add garlic and chili flakes, cook until fragrant (not burnt)
3. Combine
- Add drained pasta and broccoli
- Pour in a little pasta water
- Toss everything together
4. Finish
- Add cheese, salt, and pepper
- Mix until creamy and well coated
