🍗 Buffalo wings

A classic American favorite—crispy chicken wings tossed in a tangy, buttery hot sauce. Perfect for snacks, parties, or game nights.


🍗 Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken wings (split into flats & drumettes)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp oil (if baking)

🔥 Buffalo Sauce

  • ½ cup hot sauce (like cayenne pepper sauce)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional, for balance)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prep wings

Pat wings dry (important for crispiness). Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

2. Cook the wings

Option A: Bake (healthier)

  • Bake at 220°C for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway

Option B: Fry (crispier)

  • Deep fry until golden and crispy (8–10 minutes)

3. Make sauce

  • Melt butter in a pan
  • Add hot sauce, vinegar, and honey
  • Stir until smooth and slightly thickened

4. Toss

  • Add cooked wings to sauce and toss until fully coated

🍽️ Serve With

  • Ranch or blue cheese dip
  • Celery and carrot sticks
  • Fries or wedges

🔥 Tips

  • Dry wings = crispier texture
  • For extra crunch, lightly coat wings in baking powder before baking
  • Adjust heat by choosing milder or hotter sauce
  • Don’t soak wings too long—toss just before serving to keep them crispy
