Ingredients (serves 6–8):

Filling:

  • 2 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 package (sugar-free) cheesecake or vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping:

  • 1 can sugar-free cherry pie filling
    (or fresh cherries + a little sweetener for a more natural option)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare crust (optional):
    • Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter.
    • Press into the bottom of a dish or pie pan.
    • Chill for 15–20 minutes to set.
  2. Make the filling:
    • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, pudding mix, and vanilla extract until smooth and thick.
  3. Assemble:
    • Spread the filling evenly over the crust (or directly into dish if skipping crust).
  4. Add topping:
    • Spoon cherry filling over the top.
  5. Chill:
