- 4β6 slices Texas toast

Instructions
- Cook meat
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Brown ground beef, breaking it apart. Drain excess fat if needed. - Add vegetables
Stir in onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook 3β4 minutes until softened. - Make sloppy joe sauce
Add ketchup, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and brown sugar. Stir to combine. Simmer 10β12 minutes, until thickened. Season with salt and pepper. - Toast the Texas toast
Toast or grill slices until golden brown. - Assemble
Spoon sloppy joe mixture over each slice of Texas toast. Optional: top with shredded cheese and let it melt. - Serve
