Crust & Base:
- 1 pre-made pizza dough (or homemade)
- 2–3 tbsp salsa or refried beans as base

- 1/2 lb (225g) ground beef

- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Optional: sliced jalapeños
After Baking (Fresh Toppings):
- Shredded lettuce
- Sour cream or crema
- Salsa or pico de gallo
- Avocado or guacamole
🥣 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat Oven
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- If using a pizza stone, preheat it too.
2️⃣ Cook the Beef
- In a skillet, cook ground beef with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until browned.
- Drain excess fat.
3️⃣ Prepare Crust
- Roll out pizza dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Spread salsa or refried beans evenly as the base.
4️⃣ Assemble Pizza
- Sprinkle half of the cheese over the base.
- Add cooked beef, diced tomatoes, olives, and green onions.
- Top with remaining cheese.
5️⃣ Bake
- Bake 12–15 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
6️⃣ Add Fresh Toppings
- After baking, add shredded lettuce, avocado, sour cream, and salsa.
