🍓 Strawberry Cake (Soft, Moist & Flavorful)
This is a simple homemade strawberry cake with real strawberry flavor—no artificial taste.
🧾 Ingredients
For the cake:
- 2 1/2 cups (315g) all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup (170g) butter, softened
- 1 3/4 cups (350g) sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup (240ml) milk
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (pureed)
For strawberry frosting:
- 1 cup (225g) butter
- 3–4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup strawberry puree
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
🥣 Instructions
1. Prepare
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Grease and line cake pans
2. Mix Dry Ingredients
- Flour, baking powder, salt—set aside
3. Cream Butter & Sugar
- Beat until light and fluffy
4. Add Eggs & Vanilla
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla
5. Combine
- Add dry ingredients alternately with milk
- Mix in strawberry puree
6. Bake
- Pour into pans
- Bake 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
7. Frosting
- Beat butter → add powdered sugar → mix in strawberry puree + vanilla
8. Assemble
- Let cake cool completely
- Frost and decorate with fresh strawberries

- If puree is too watery, simmer it a bit to thicken
