Here’s a delicious, easy Shrimp Bake recipe — a garlicky, buttery shrimp dish perfect for a one-pan dinner.

🍤 Shrimp Bake

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1.5 lbs (680g) raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, sliced or juiced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

2️⃣ Prepare Shrimp & Veggies

  • In a large bowl, toss shrimp, vegetables, garlic, olive oil/butter, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over the top and place lemon slices on the shrimp if desired.

3️⃣ Bake

  • Bake 10–12 minutes, until shrimp are pink and opaque and vegetables are tender.
  • Optional: broil 1–2 minutes for extra color and crisp edges.

4️⃣ Serve

  • Garnish with chopped parsley.
  • Serve over rice, pasta, or with crusty bread to soak up juices.

🔥 Tips & Variations

  • Garlic Butter Twist: Melt 3 tbsp butter with garlic and drizzle over shrimp before baking.
  • Spicy Cajun: Use Cajun seasoning instead of paprika.
  • Mediterranean: Add olives, cherry tomatoes, and feta after baking.
  • Sheet Pan Meal: Add baby potatoes or asparagus for a full one-pan dinner.

If you want, I can give you a creamy baked shrimp casserole version with a cheesy breadcrumb topping for an extra indulgent dish.

Do you want me to do that?
