  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
  • 100–150 g (3–5 oz) cooked Italian sausage, crumbled
  • 50–75 g (2–3 oz) pepperoni, chopped or sliced
  • 1–1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

1. Preheat oven

  • Oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Prepare dough

  • Separate biscuit dough into pieces, or roll pizza dough into small squares (about 3–4 inches).

3. Assemble pizza puffs

  • Place a small spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each dough piece.
  • Add cooked sausage, pepperoni, and shredded mozzarella.
  • Sprinkle a little Italian seasoning if desired.
  • Fold dough over filling and pinch edges tightly to seal.

4. Bake

  • Place puffs seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Bake 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
