Here’s a simple, delicious way to cook salmon that keeps it juicy, flaky, and flavorful.


🐟 Oven-Baked Salmon (Easy & Healthy)

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2–3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika or chili flakes (optional)
  • Fresh dill or parsley (optional)

🔥 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    200°C (400°F)
  2. Prepare salmon
    Pat dry and place on a baking tray lined with foil or parchment.
  3. Season
    Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
    Brush over the salmon evenly.
  4. Bake
    • Bake for 12–15 minutes (depending on thickness)
    • Do not overcook—salmon should flake easily
  5. Optional finish
    Broil for 1–2 minutes for a slightly golden top.
