Here’s a simple and flavorful Pork Tenderloin recipe — juicy, tender, and perfect for a weeknight dinner or special occasion.

🥩 Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1–1.5 lb (450–680 g) pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary or thyme (or fresh, finely chopped)
  • Optional glaze: 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard + 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2️⃣ Prepare Pork

  1. Pat pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.
  2. Rub with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs.
  3. Optional: brush with honey-Dijon glaze for extra flavor.

3️⃣ Sear (Optional but recommended)

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear tenderloin 2–3 minutes per side until browned.

4️⃣ Roast

  • Transfer pork to a baking dish or leave in oven-safe skillet.
  • Roast 20–25 minutes (or until internal temperature reaches 145°F / 63°C).

5️⃣ Rest & Serve

  • Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a salad.

Tips & Variations

  • Marinade: Marinate pork in olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, and herbs for 1–2 hours for extra flavor.
  • Stuffed version: Butterfly tenderloin and fill with spinach, cheese, or dried fruit before roasting.
  • Pan sauce: After roasting, deglaze the skillet with chicken broth, wine, or apple cider for a quick sauce.
  • Slow cooker option: Cook on low 4–6 hours for fall-apart tender pork.

If you want, I can also give a garlic-herb butter roasted pork tenderloin recipe that’s even juicier and full of rich flavor.

Do you want me to provide that version?
