Here’s a simple, fluffy pancake recipe you can whip up in minutes:


🥞 Classic Pancakes (Soft & Fluffy)

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (or oil)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients
    In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Mix wet ingredients
    In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
  3. Combine
    Pour wet ingredients into dry and gently mix. Don’t overmix—small lumps are okay.
  4. Cook pancakes
    Heat a non-stick pan on medium. Lightly grease it.
    Pour about ¼ cup batter per pancake.
  5. Flip
    Cook until bubbles form on top (about 1–2 minutes), then flip and cook another minute until golden.
  6. Serve hot
