🍊 Orange Creamsicle Salad

Orange Creamsicle Salad (also called Orange Fluff) is a light, creamy, no-bake dessert salad that tastes just like an orange creamsicle popsicle. It’s perfect for potlucks, holidays, or summer gatherings.

📝 Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz) box orange gelatin (like Jell-O orange flavor)
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • Optional: ½ cup cottage cheese or crushed pineapple (drained)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Dissolve gelatin: In a large bowl, stir orange gelatin into boiling water until fully dissolved.
  2. Add cold water: Stir in cold water and let cool for about 10–15 minutes (do not let it set completely).
  3. Mix in pudding: Whisk in dry instant vanilla pudding mix until smooth. The mixture will thicken quickly.
  4. Fold in whipped topping: Gently fold in whipped topping until creamy and uniform.
  5. Add fruit & marshmallows: Stir in drained mandarin oranges and mini marshmallows.
  6. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours before serving.

✨ Tips

  • For extra “creamsicle” flavor, add ½ teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • Make it lighter by using sugar-free gelatin and light whipped topping.
  • Best served cold and eaten within 2–3 days.

If you’d like, I can also share a pineapple variation or a make-ahead holiday version.
