🍫 No-Bake Chocolate Oat Bars
Ingredients (12 bars)
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup peanut butter (or almond/cashew butter)
- ½ cup honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup butter (or coconut oil)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prepare pan
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Heat chocolate mixture
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt peanut butter, butter, and honey together.
- Stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
- Mix oats
- Add oats to chocolate mixture, stir until fully coated.
- Press into pan
- Transfer mixture to prepared pan. Press firmly with spatula or your hands.
- Chill
- Refrigerate 1–2 hours until set.
- Cut & serve
- Lift from pan using parchment. Cut into bars and enjoy!
