🧂 Ingredients
- 500g–1 kg ground beef
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika (optional)
Glaze:
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp brown sugar (optional but tasty)
- 1 tsp vinegar or mustard
🍳 Instructions
1. Mix
Combine all meatloaf ingredients in a bowl. Mix gently (don’t overwork or it gets dense).
2. Shape
Form into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
3. Glaze
Mix glaze ingredients and spread on top.
4. Bake
- 180°C (350°F) for 45–60 minutes
- Cook until fully done in the center
5. Rest

🧂 Ingredients
- 4–5 potatoes (peeled & chopped)
- 3 tbsp butter
- ¼–½ cup milk (warm)
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (optional)

1. Boil potatoes
Cook in salted water until soft (15–20 minutes).
2. Mash
Drain and mash while hot.
3. Add richness
Mix in butter first, then slowly add warm milk until creamy.
4. Season
Add salt and pepper to taste.

- Steamed vegetables (peas, carrots, green beans)
