Ingredients
- 500 g (1 lb) ground chicken
- ¾ cup breadcrumbs or panko
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (optional)

- Mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Heat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Lightly grease a loaf pan or line a baking tray.
- Mix
In a large bowl, gently combine all ingredients.
