OHHH yes 😍 Creamsicle Fluff—light, creamy, and tastes like an orange popsicle in a bowl. Zero baking, big nostalgia.


🍊🍦 Creamsicle Fluff

Ingredients

  • 1 box (3.4 oz) orange gelatin (Jell-O)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained very well
  • Optional: mini marshmallows (½–1 cup)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve gelatin
    In a large bowl, stir orange Jell-O into boiling water until fully dissolved.
  2. Cool it down
    Add cold water and stir. Let cool until just slightly thickened (about 10–15 minutes).
    Not fully set—just cool.
  3. Add pudding mix
    Whisk in dry vanilla pudding mix until smooth.
  4. Fold it fluffy
    Gently fold in Cool Whip until fully combined.
  5. Add fruit
    Fold in drained mandarin oranges and marshmallows if using.
  6. Chill
    Refrigerate 1–2 hours until set and fluffy.

Pro Tips

  • Drain oranges REALLY well or it’ll get watery
  • For extra orange flavor, add ½ tsp orange zest
  • Serve cold—it firms up beautifully
