Ingredients
- 1 box (3.4 oz) orange gelatin (Jell-O)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained very well
- Optional: mini marshmallows (½–1 cup)
Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin
In a large bowl, stir orange Jell-O into boiling water until fully dissolved. - Cool it down
Add cold water and stir. Let cool until just slightly thickened (about 10–15 minutes).
Not fully set—just cool. - Add pudding mix
Whisk in dry vanilla pudding mix until smooth. - Fold it fluffy
Gently fold in Cool Whip until fully combined. - Add fruit
Fold in drained mandarin oranges and marshmallows if using. - Chill
Refrigerate 1–2 hours until set and fluffy.
