Here’s classic Cinnamon Toast—simple, cozy, and perfect any time. 🍞✨


Cinnamon Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread (white, wheat, or brioche)
  • 2 tbsp softened butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Method 1: Oven (Classic & Crispy)

  1. Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix butter, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Spread evenly on bread.
  4. Bake 8–10 minutes until bubbly.
  5. Broil 1–2 minutes for caramelized top (watch closely).

Method 2: Toaster Oven

  1. Spread cinnamon butter on bread.
  2. Toast until golden and bubbling.

Method 3: Skillet

  1. Butter one side of bread.
  2. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on buttered side.
  3. Cook butter-side down over medium heat until golden.

Variations

  • Snickerdoodle: Add a pinch of vanilla to butter.
  • Brown sugar cinnamon: Swap white sugar for brown sugar.
  • French toast vibe: Add nutmeg and drizzle with maple syrup.
  • Extra crunchy: Sprinkle a little sugar on top after baking.
