Chicken wings are a popular snack or main dish that can be fried, baked, or air-fried and tossed in different sauces like BBQ, buffalo, or honey garlic.

🍗 Crispy Chicken Wings (Easy Recipe)

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp cornflour (for extra crispiness, optional)

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Prep wings: Pat chicken wings dry (this helps them get crispy).
  2. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and cornflour.
  3. Toss with oil until evenly coated.
  4. Bake method:
    • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
    • Bake for 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway
    • Broil for last 3–5 minutes for extra crisp

    OR air fryer:

    • Cook at 190°C for 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway

🍯 Sauce ideas (choose one):

  • Buffalo: hot sauce + melted butter
  • BBQ: smoky barbecue sauce
  • Honey garlic: honey + soy sauce + garlic
  • Peri peri: spicy chili sauce + lemon

Toss cooked wings in your favorite sauce and serve hot.
