Here’s a simple and delicious Roasted Cauliflower recipe—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and full of flavor.


🥦 Oven-Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika (regular or smoked)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley or lemon wedges

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven
Preheat to 425°F (220°C).

2️⃣ Prepare Cauliflower
Wash and thoroughly dry cauliflower. Cut into even-sized florets.

3️⃣ Season
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

4️⃣ Roast
Spread florets in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and tender.

5️⃣ Finish & Serve
Sprinkle with Parmesan (if using) during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
Garnish with parsley or a squeeze of fresh lemon before serving.


💡 Tips

  • Don’t overcrowd the pan—space helps caramelization.
  • For extra crispiness, roast at 450°F for the last 5 minutes.
  • Add red pepper flakes for heat.
  • Toss with buffalo sauce after roasting for a spicy version.
