- 1 tbsp mayonnaise or sour cream

Instructions
1. Prepare the jalapeños
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Slice jalapeños lengthwise and remove seeds (use gloves if sensitive to spice).
2. Make the shrimp filling
In a bowl mix:

- cream cheese
- cheddar cheese
- Cajun seasoning
- garlic
- mayonnaise/sour cream
- green onions
- lemon juice
Stir until creamy and well combined.
3. Stuff the peppers
- Spoon the shrimp mixture into each jalapeño half.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs mixed with melted butter on top (optional).
4. Bake
- Arrange on a baking tray.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until peppers soften and cheese is bubbly.
