  • 1 lb (450 g) ground turkey
  • 2 medium zucchinis, diced or sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

2. Add Zucchini

3. Finish & Serve

  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
  • Serve over rice, quinoa, pasta, or enjoy on its own.
