Instant Pot Shrimp Boil Packets are an easy way to get the flavors of a seafood boil with minimal cleanup. Everything cooks together in foil packets inside the pressure cooker. 🦐🥔🌽
Ingredients (4 packets)
- 500–700 g Shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 2 cups Baby Potatoes, halved
- 2 ears Corn on the Cob, cut into pieces
- 1 Smoked Sausage, sliced (optional)
- 4 tbsp Butter, melted
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 Lemon, sliced
- Salt & Black Pepper to taste
- Fresh Parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the packets
Cut 4 large sheets of foil. Divide baby potatoes, corn, sausage, and shrimp among them. - Season
Mix melted butter, garlic, and Old Bay seasoning. Drizzle over each packet. Add lemon slices, salt, and black pepper. - Seal
Fold the foil tightly into sealed packets. - Prepare Instant Pot
Pour 1 cup of water into the Instant Pot. Place the trivet inside. - Cook
Arrange packets on the trivet.
Pressure cook on High for 5 minutes. - Release pressure
Do a quick release. Carefully open packets (steam will be hot). - Serve
Garnish with parsley and extra lemon.
Tips
- Add crab legs or mussels for a bigger seafood boil.
- Sprinkle extra Old Bay seasoning before serving.
