Ingredients
- 250–300 g Rotini pasta
- 300 g ground beef (or thin beef strips)
- 3 tbsp Butter

- ½–1 tsp Salt (to taste)
- ½ tsp Paprika (optional)
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese (optional but recommended)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Fresh Parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta
Boil salted water and cook the rotini until al dente. Drain and set aside. - Cook the beef
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned. Season with salt and black pepper. - Add aromatics
Add chopped onion and cook 2–3 minutes. Stir in minced garlic and cook about 30 seconds until fragrant. - Make the garlic butter sauce
Add butter and paprika. Let the butter melt and mix with the beef juices to create a rich sauce. - Combine with pasta
Add the cooked rotini to the pan and toss until well coated. - Finish
Sprinkle parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley.
