  1. Prepare the chicken

  2. Bread the chicken

  3. Cook the chicken
    • Heat oil or butter in a skillet.
    • Pan-fry chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown (it will finish cooking in the oven).
  4. Assemble in a baking dish

    • Spoon tomato sauce over each piece.
    • Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake
    • Bake at 180Β°C / 350Β°F for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve
    • Garnish with fresh basil or parsley. Serve with pasta, salad, or garlic bread.
