  • 2 cups cooked salmon (fresh or canned, drained)

  1. Prepare the mixture
    • Flake the salmon into a bowl.
    • Add onion, egg, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
    • Mix until combined and slightly sticky.
  2. Form patties
    • Shape mixture into small patties (2–3 inches in diameter).
  3. Cook the patties
    • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Fry patties 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Serve
    • Remove and drain on paper towels.
