    • Form into small meatballs.
  2. Brown the meatballs

    • Cook meatballs until browned on all sides (about 6–8 minutes).
    • Remove and set aside.
  3. Prepare the gravy
    • In the same pan melt butter and cook sliced onions until soft.
    • Add flour and stir for about 1 minute.
  4. Add liquids
    • Slowly whisk in beef broth.
    • Add Worcestershire sauce and ketchup.
  5. Simmer
    • Return meatballs to the pan.
    • Simmer 10–15 minutes until gravy thickens and meatballs cook through.
