Instructions
- Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.

- Pour in water/stock and bring it to a boil.
- Add fish pieces and reduce heat. Let it simmer for about 10โ12 minutes until the fish is cooked.
- Finish the soup: Add green chilies, lemon juice, and fresh coriander.
- Taste and adjust salt/pepper.
