One-Pot Creamy Beef and Garlic Butter Pasta is a quick, comforting meal where everything cooks in one pan, so the pasta absorbs all the flavor from the beef, garlic, and creamy sauce.


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or shells)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk or heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan or mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Cook the beef

  • In a large pot or deep skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
  • Add chopped onion and cook 2–3 minutes until soft.

2. Add garlic and butter

  • Stir in butter and minced garlic.
  • Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

3. Add liquids and pasta

  • Pour in beef broth and milk (or cream).
  • Add pasta, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Stir well.

4. Simmer

  • Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and sauce thickens.

5. Add cheese

  • Stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.

6. Serve

  • Garnish with parsley or extra Parmesan and serve hot.

  • Add mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor and vegetables.
  • Use heavy cream instead of milk for a richer sauce.
  • If the sauce gets too thick, add a splash of broth or milk.
