  2. Form sausages:
    • Shape into patties, links, or logs.
  3. Cook sausages:
    • Pan-fry: 5–7 minutes per side over medium heat until fully cooked.
    • Bake: 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway.
    • Internal temperature: 160°F (71°C) for pork, 165°F (74°C) for poultry.
  4. Serve:
